Seems like i’ve been hitting one epiphany after the other these days & karma is seriously kicking my ass in the relationship world (well deserved). Time to be transparent.

I saw this sign on Friday:

Not only does this apply to things you make, this also applies to who you are as a person. You can’t be everything to everyone, you just can’t. Tell the truth, own your mistakes & be yourself.

I’ve noticed that the key to me staying happy is intentionally limiting my options.

Just started reading The Paradox of Choice: Why More Is Less (by Barry Schwartz) and it all makes so much sense to me. I was always about more, more, more and well… when you want something meaningful, it doesn’t really work.  

I’m starting to apply this to my everyday life, especially to the information I read online. There’s so much S flying around that I wish I could ‘un-see’.. especially some ppl’s facebook/twitter status updates…never mind the photos.

And as for you, if you’re still reading this… you’ve just gone & read my very first post. I think you’re pretty neat for getting this far and over time, you might just think the same about me.
